If so, B.U.D.S. our community program could be the answer you’ve been looking for.

We know that being a caregiver, while rewarding, can also be exhausting—both emotionally and physically.   It can be difficult to continue to pursue hobbies & interests or attend social events,  leaving many women feeling isolated, alone and on a path to burnout & depression.      

B.U.D.S., will help you connect with other like-minded women who share similar interests and values, who like you, are caregivers too.  They understand first-hand the challenges or scheduling time for themselves.  

We believe that caring for yourself is just as important as caring for your loved one and self-care is a critical component to maintaining your strength and wellbeing to cope with the journey ahead.   This is why our program is multi-faceted by design.  Receive practical tips, resources, and access to events (both in person & online) that will brighten your day and help you take the first step towards finding the support and connection you need.
